He has more than 15 years of wide experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, SOP's Designing & Implementation, Internal Financial Controls, ICFR Designing & Testing, etc. with various Indian & Foreign Multinationals. He was previously associated with Price Waterhouse (PwC). He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach.

He also possesses specialization in statutory audit of manufacturing sector, service sector, hospitality sector and working in SAP & ERP environment with experience of e-commerce, Advertising, Security Service Provider, Telecom, Infrastructure (Turnkey EPC – Highways, Roads), Agriculture Industry, Education Industry, Hospitality Services, Transportation Industry, Iron & Steel, textile Industry, banking sectors.

Mr. Nitesh Goel is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated from the University of Delhi. He also completed post-qualification course on Diploma in Information Systems Audit and Concurrent Audit of Banks from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has more than 14 years of significant experience in the field of Taxation – Litigations and Compliances, Assurance, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Due Diligence, FEMA compliances, etc. with various Indian & Foreign Multinationals. He has extensive experience of handling appeals and assessments at various forums including ITAT and CIT(A), cross border transactions, etc. for various PSUs and other clients.

He is a guest speaker on various topics at various forums, colleges and study circles and a faculty at General Management & Communication Skills course of ICAI.

Mr. Amit Bansal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated from the University of Delhi. He also completed Diploma in Information Systems Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an "Accredited GST Trainer" by National Academy of Customs, Excise & Narcotics, (NACEN) Faridabad.

He has more than 13 years of specialized experience in the field of Indirect Taxation, GST Laws, Tax Compliances, Tax Planning & Advisory etc. with various Indian & Foreign Multinationals.

His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in the fields of GST, VAT, Service Tax, other Indirect Taxes, matters relating to DGFT etc. He has a specialization in the field of litigation and assessment proceedings before various authorities like DGGI, Anti-Evasion, Commissionerate, etc. for GST matters.

During his post qualification career spanning around 38 years, he has served as partner and other leadership roles with various big Indian firms. He has had the distinction of auditing and signing the financial statements of the country's largest public sector undertakings and banks over several years. He is also providing consulting services to various global funding agencies and various professional institutes.
He possess around 38 years' experience in the spheres of Auditing, Investigation work, Valuation of Business, Viability studies, Valuation of Current & Fixed Assets, preparation of Project Reports and handling Com¬pany Law Matters.
